Woocommerce-services: Buy Label Modal: say "Your customer bought [NAME of SHIPPING] for $3.45"

On the sidebar of the labels modal (or on the rates step), we should say:

"Your customer bought [NAME of SHIPPING] for $[amount]"

I think it makes sense to just add it in the rates section as that is what it directly relates to. Design incoming.

This should only appear when what the customer has chosen isn't pre-selected in the rates section.

Note: Dev doesn't have to wait on design in order to implement this, this can easily be designed and styled in the browser.
