Wire-ios: ERROR ITMS-90592 And ITMS-90206 White Test Flight Upload

From Xcode 11.3, I try to upload the application on a test flight for test purposes but face the following encryption errors. Application build and verify successfully. Errors Show in the middle of Uploading. 

App Store Connect Operation Error
ERROR ITMS-90592: "Invalid Export Compliance Code. The export compliance key value [] in the app's Info.plist doesn鈥檛 match the key value of the app鈥檚 export compliance documentation. To find the correct value, go to My Apps on App Store Connect."

ERROR ITMS-90206: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle at 'Cone_of_Silence.app/Frameworks/WireCanvas.framework' contains disallowed file 'Frameworks'."
