Winston: No type definitions with a fresh install

What is the problem?

Just installed winston 3.0.0-rc5 and found index.d.ts missing in node_moduleswinston

What do you expect to happen instead?

Expected it to be there

The typings definitions for winston are not in RC5, they should be in the next release of RC6, More info here #1287.
