Winit: update wayland-client to 0.27 and smithay-client-toolkit to 0.10

These deps very old. Wayland-client 0.23 uses old pre 1.0 proc-macro2 and older quote, which causes build and dep bloat in other projects.

Awesome. Seems like the older version of smithay also pulls in an older version of calloop which depends on mio 0.6.
