great idea, biggest drawback of UWP apps compared to a browser right now. multiple tabs as in browser or multiple views as in browser.

Perhaps you should also include "multiple tabs"

Can you guys define what is expected from the helper rather than the following:
1) Start new page as a separate view.
2) Managing current opened views (Switch between views, close view).
3) Exit the application from code safely.

Actually we synced here. Believe the conclusion was WTS should handle end to end due to all the things that need to be wired up. Let me dig up the email

Template Studio (http://aka.ms/wts) was where we decided to land it. The code just didn't work as something that could live inside the toolkit
