Windowscommunitytoolkit: Can't build using UWP Creators Update

Whose brilliant idea was it to remove the HamburgerMenu with no way of migrating to the new NavigationView? I can't use HamburgerMenu or NavigationView anymore? Do you realize Microsoft Blend doesn't support UWP projects greater than version 10.0; Build 15063? It's the only reason my project is built on this version.

I am fed up with the horrible productivity of Microsoft products. Microsoft's is full of incompetent programmers and even more incompetent managers! You guys had the entire industry by the balls and whiskers, but now you're slowly drifting into the twilight as both startup and established companies eat your lunch.

@Joebeazelman thanks for the good festive cheer. Now that we are past that, lets get some things cleared

1. Hamburger menu has not been removed
2. It has been marked obselete as Navigation View has been introduced by the SDK team

This implies that when 16299 becomes the min supported SDK version, Hamburger menu will be removed. Until such time, it will continue to be supported and review updates necessary. The current iteration of the Hamburger menu allows use of NavigationView under the hood for 16299. This can be set by means of a UseNavigationViewWhenPossible property.
