Wekan: Issue : Custom field date format on mini card

Issue

Server Setup Information:

Wekan version: v1.11
Operating System: Ubuntu
Deployment Method: VirtualBox appliance

Problem description:

Hi all,
When you create a custom field of type date and you show it on mini card, the format of the date used for the card is not reapplied on the mini card. So we have two different format for a same date and I think it's less intelligible.

Well, if this bothers someone, someone can look at those components like minicard etc:

See what is different, make change, submit PR to edge branch.

I'm new with WeKan (big thanks to xet7 for this wonderful project), and yesterday, I did try out the custom-field features. A format-function is missing for this date-time fields. Mybe it's possible to create a format field at the creation dialog (one for the card and another one for the mini-card)?
