if you select a kudos owned by us then that'll get accepted in new quest form for sure.. still need to build in filters to the new quest form

Streaks
Skill trees (unlocking new quests which may or may not have bounties associated with them)
Score tracking / competition (bot is another gitcoiner, could go as far as DAO v. DAO fights, Twitch plays pokemon style)
Direct integration into Dapp flow (e.g. Cheesewizards)
Partnerships with prominent communities (maker, metacartel, etc)
quests for prominent communities / making a habit of making quests for hackathon sponsors is an ongoing growth strategy ..

Most of the quest intro, and questions are in top of tab navigator or selections for the right answer. That's because of high graphic element and animation. It's looks awesome I agree with you, but in my opinion if it's without sound and high element of animation it will be more easy and smooth, especially for the phone browser, it will take less time to load the page and fast response.
( I believe we can achieve more with minimalist of objects )

Without sound's bytes and graphical animated elements, This isn't Gitcoin Quest's anymore.

I don't see any problem with the loading page or anything related to a non-smoother experience.
