Display Issue Count and Bounty Values at the Issue Explorer

Just saw this and thought of doing a real quick mockup. I think two things can be done:

1. Have a section in the menu bar (where it currently says Issue Explorer) also display the total value of current bounties (similar to how slack member number is done).
2. Have a CTA at the top of the Issue Explorer page (that is closeable ofc) that displays this info. Here is a super quick mockup I made:

I'd be open to input since I'm not exactly the best at UX, but I believe there could be some place where you integrate this directly into the new Issue Explorer layout possibly?

One place I could think of is here... thoughts?

@PixelantDesign if the purpose of this is to entice contributors, maybe we could also add more enticing stats like: X projects hiring, contributors are usually paid within X days, etc... just an idea.

You just took my idea to a whole new level! That looks incredible.

I could certainly see this being a great way to do it, especially with its unobtrusive nature (being close-able). A few more stats and maybe a paragraph/tagline + header on the left could be cool to fill up some of the negative white-space (maybe aligning the header/subheader/text with the sidebar to remain consistent). Of course, that is completely up to you though - this looks fantastic as is already!
