User Story

As a funder or a contributor I'd like to be able to go to one place for help or if I have questions on something about the Gitcoin Platform.
This would be built out on the /guide/* page which would be CMS system build out by using wagtail enabling the owners to update content as when needed without touching the codebase

Why Is this Needed

Currently we have help in a lot of places (help, medium articles, How it works, Github Pages).

Definition of Done

• [ ] Build out the two guides but use 1 template
• [ ] Follow tech approach as defined by the core team team - use wagtail
• [ ] Design the front end to look like what has been defined here
• [ ] We would like the functionality to be like this example guide
• [ ] The left menu should follow a user down the page
• [ ] Layouts should support text and images
• [ ] This section should use the standard Gitcoin footer
• [ ] Add the content for funder section as defined in the design ticket.
• [ ] Add the content for contributor section as defined in the design ticket.
• [ ] The pages must be responsive
• [ ] wrap text within trans/blocktrans
• [ ] use the font-size classes defined here

Bonus : Extra tip if you update the CSS on the fixed menu on the gitcoin.co/tools

I'm working on this now and would like to do it on my own. Django and wagtail are new to me and I'll ask for help if I need it. @owocki it's time to give @Thoughtscript a shot. The bounty is his if he wants it. The learning curve is a long one for me and I don't want to hold up the project. I would like to pair code or screen share while you do it tho'. If you're open to allowing me to watch you do it.

I started tinkering with wagtail.
The current stable release does not support django 2.1, but the next wagtail LTS 2.3 does.
I will work with the wagtail master branch, the wagtail LTS release will likely be released in october.

You can try that out locally.
The video urls and pictures must be fixed later on production, because fixture data doesn't play nicely with media uploads. I hope that is not a big problem, the spelling or some parentheses needs fixing anyway 😃 .
