@owocki, a question for you:

• What do we want to show on the Latest activities list? I'm thinking that we want to show when a user start work on a specific task and submitted work... For funders: started and submitted work? Cancel work should be included also? I am missing something?
  I've observed this problem reproduce on several funder accounts...

There is an Activity table in the database, which you should be able to query by profile id. anything that's in that table associated with the profile should go in here.

Activity appear for every profile, no matter if the latest activities will be populated or not (No data available). I will come up with a solution soon.
