Requirements

• Take the design from https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/issues/133 and code it into the html.
• Coded design must work at desktop, mobile, tablet dimensions.
• javascript must turn buttons on/off
• subscribe module must work ( see mailchimp.html for current working exampleE)

Ah I had tried claiming it but couldn't cause of https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/issues/169
(I'd pinged you offline about this over the weekend ), hence left the message ''calling dibs'' to anyone who had an interest in working on it

I had some free time, so figured while that issue would be resolved, I'd code it down parallelly

I'm guessing @eswarasai went ahead and managed to claim it after that as the issue wasn't claimed during that whole confusion.

I goofed up, should have checked ! 😅
If @eswarasai has started work on it, feel free to close this PR. I take the blame for this mess ^_^

Hello Kevin, I've just seen Aditya's comment. Given that he tried to claim the issue and also lot of efforts have already been put by him, I'd like him to wrap it as I haven't made much progress yet anyway due to holiday weekend.
