Date formao : 28 octobre 2020j F Y

And time format : Personnalisé :saisissez un format d’heure personnalisé
dans le champ suivantFormat d’heure personnalisé :

Which I don't even remember setting like this...

Just so I got it right:

In the "Date Format" input field you have j F Y, but what's in "Time Format"?

It should be something like H:i.

If you use that, the issue should go away.
