Bug Description

The first story was modified a few minutes ago.

Expected Behaviour

It should print the correct relative time.

The screenshot is from staging (I'm in UTC+2).

I've created a new story on that branch, still looks broken.

Weird. It's working fine for me on that branch. Just created some new stories:

What's your timezone setting in WP?

UTC+2, you can also check on QA env (UTC+0)

Hmm it seems to work when I set a specific timezone, e.g. Zurich, but not a when I specify a specific a UTC offset, etc. UTC+2
