Waterfox: Immediate crashing on Windows 10 Enterprise 2004, within .14 seconds

Waterfox Classic 56.3.0.7528 is exiting on startup, with exit status 322122547. Event viewer shows:

This crash is happening on all recent versions, and portable. All other browsers are unaffected.

In case of Windows 10 1909, no crash, maybe it's hardware related or that problem only appears on 2004.

In my case, it was a Comodo HIPS issue. Closing this, now.
