When you open Wasabi, all wallets are displayed regardless of whether they were created on another network.
If you have different wallets for several Networks, such as TestNet, the Wallet Explorer shows all of them and complicates the usage. This can cause for example that if you open one from incorrect Network, Wasabi consumes time and resources synchronizing and downloading blocks unnecessarily (you can't stop that process or close the wallet).
The wallet file includes a line that describes the network to witch Network it belongs, under the BlockchainState properties:
"Network": "Main",
"Network": "TestNet",
"Network": "Reg....
Use it to only show the wallets that belongs to the running Network.
Additionally, the wallets could be saved in different folders (as is done with the blocks), but it depends on whether this change is accepted.
A wallet file can be opened on any network.
Thus what you propose is not really needed, as far as I understand it.
I'm closing for now, please re-open if you think.
A wallet file can be opened on any network.
That is not the issue, the problem is we don't have a separation between different networks' folders and files.
I agree with closing the issue though because it is a duplicate of #2601

I think I didn't explain myself well, I have improved my approach in @yahiheb's issue that can be expanded a bit to do all the work:
