Walletwasabi: Show more clearly which network Wasabi is using

This feature request is to avoid making mistakes using the wrong network. For this, would be better to show clearly which network is being used.

This becomes even more important because Wasabi allows one instance running on each network, so you can have Main, TestNet and RegTest at the same time: #3994

Now the windows are identical and only if you aren't in Main network, "- TestNet" or "- RegTest " is added to the window title:

Describe the solution you'd like

• Change some window colors for TestNet and RegTest, an idea after look at @MaxHillebrand screenshots (https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WasabiDesign/issues/10#issuecomment-631685879), where is using the i3 window manager, which displays the border in unique colors for each virtual machine.
• Add "TestNet" / "RegTest" afther the "Ready" or "Connecting" text from the lower left corner.

ACK. I had a PR for this but instead of the Title bar and the Satus bar I had a orange border. I looked so ugly. I like this feature.

This is not photoshop. The only problem is that Wasabi takes one than one second in knowning the network and then, for about one or two seconds the background colour remains light blue.

Good work! That color fits very well and I don't consider a problem 1 or 2 seconds lag for this.

I'm now thinking about:

• Coloring the superior bar (File, Tools...)?
• Have another color for RegTest?
