Walletwasabi: Observer info in a tx being appended to unrelated UTXOs

I had two UTXOs in a wallet, one of them unmixed/AS=0 and the other mixed w/green shield.

I sent part of the mixed UTXO to a different wallet, with an observer label.
The label for that UTXO/spend was also appended to the cluster for the unmixed UTXO.
This happened in both a simple "Send" and in a Payjoin tx

I tried it again in a different wallet which had three UTXO's one of them unmixed and the other two, mixed.
A partial send of one of the mixed UTXO's to a different wallet resulted in the observer for that tx being appended to all of my UTXO's, mixed or unmixed.

@davterra all coins with ASet less than the Strong Privacy Level that share a common ancestor share the same cluster. Make sure your mixed coin's ASet is greater than Strong Privacy Level.

Ah....OK, thank you. So what you are saying is true even if there is only a small difference in my selected anonymity settings for Green-Shield vs. Green-Shield-Checkmark UTXO's.
So if my Anonymity Level settings for whatever reason are:

any coins under AS 55 that share a common ancestor will share clusters?
