I used .NET 3.1.301 x64 and indicated that in the release notes.

After the release, we should write an article on the blog that summarizes the changelog even for those who are not technical, talk about the contribution game, etc.
We should do this for every release, like btcpay blog. I find it very useful because it summarizes the changes that have taken place in the last months in a few lines.
