Walletwasabi: List can't be scrolled

It's as if the size of all list, UTXO, Tx history set themselves as the height of when the app was opened and just get covered over when the windows in made less tall.

Screen is 4k resolutoin, no scaling.

Make Wasabi smaller, notice the lists get pushed down instead of shrinking too.
