Walletwasabi: [v1.1.11] Hidden/missing scrollbar in Settings/History tab

General Description

When working in a small window size without LWM, the scrollbar of the transaction History tab can be completely hidden.

How To Reproduce?

  1. Go to History tab
  2. Reduce Window size
  3. Try to scroll down
  4. See that scrollbar is missing

Yes, this is an issue for smaller window size [fyi, can reproduce in i3wm]

One that might be more usability critical and is related:

Not all settings are visible due to a partially hidden scrollbar! Only by going fullscreen can you edit the lower settings.
