(Same as #2733) It happens when someone doesn't uses Wasabi's built in Tor but uses external Tor instead.
When I click Open>Tor Log File, No file / folder is opened.
File > Open > Tor Log File

Tails runs its own Tor instances. When Wasabi detects that there is a Tor instances running, it uses that instance and does not start a new instance. In that case Wasabi doesn't know where the running tor instance is saving the logs.
Wasabi can only display the logs of the Tor instance launched by itself because in that case it knows where the Tor's logs are saved.
This is working as design.
