Walletwasabi: Notify when coins are enqueued

Problem

Currently there is no notification when and how many coins are enqueued.

Solution

Exactly like the notification when coins are dequeued #2690, notify 10 coins enqueued.

I think this is the last coinjoin notification missing, other than that everything is notified.

ACK, I was gonna do that, but then I opted for not doing such huge refactoring on the enqueue side, too that I've done on the dequeue side. Are you suggesting this should be in the release?

If it adds crazy complexity, then it is not priority.
However, I do think v1.1.10 should ship with a functional notification feature for all / most events. So I think it is worth to consider adding to the release.
It feels half finished when we notify about dequeueing, but not enqueueing...

It actually reduces complexity, it's just the change is a little risky.

We talked about it with @molnard and @lontivero yesterday and decided on keeping the no new features policy, because it should not be a moving target.

I was about to open a new issue, then I searched and found this already open.

I think that Wasabi should show a green notification when a coin is enqueued.
No notification is even shown when a coin is registered.
