Walletwasabi: Too large popup box

General Description

Sometimes, the tooltip box is way to large for the text it contains.

Introduced in #2108, initially reported here and thought fixed, I was able to reproduce this again on master 75afd3eb.

How To Reproduce?

1. Go to any place that has a tooltip, I had it on the label field
2. Hover over it, most of the time it's the right size box, but sometimes it is the large one
3. See error

Windows 10 good.

because the top menu is only big in 1 out of 100 clicks for me.

I did not. If it's rare and random, then I remove the priority mark.

I did not also but I have never seen the popup boxes that big
