"Wasabi generated PSBT file no longer accepted as valid on same device" - user is referring to 1.1.7 (1.1.6 worked for him)

Adding priority, because it's fund access issue.

It was the reversed byte order issue.

Yes, me too. I think he imported before Wasabi did that.
