I've tried two Receive addresses now, and I could not get Samourai to recognize either.
I've also tried scanning with two generic QR code scanners, neither can decode the generated QR receive image.
It works for me with Samourai. What OS are you using?
@lontivero Can you make sure we figure out what's going on here? Any initial idea maybe?
@nilskp could you share here a Wasabi Wallet QR please?

@nopara73
It's Windows version of Wasabi.
Ok, confirmed. What's the corresponding address?

okay, i got it. I will be making tests with the new parameters before changing the code because this has been working propertly for many users (like me).
Please scan the QR in the image and let me know if it works for you.

Sorry to say, this problem is still there in Wasabi 1.1.5.
We can't scan QR code with Samourai or Green Wallet.
OS is Debian 9.9, running in a Qubes R4.0 VM.
We were able to scan it once on the first try, and the tx confirmed but never showed up in wasabi.
Second address we generated doesn't scan.
Fortunately, the first try was just a small test amount.
So, possibly under some conditions, the address can get scanned wrong.
I have re-tested this again with Electrum, Samourai and Green Wallet many many times and the QR codes are read okay in the 100% of the times.
Anyway, I will take the opportunity to increase a bit the white border around the qr code because after I centered it ended with a thinner one.
In 1.1.6, now can scan. Thank you.
