Vscode-remote-release: Download Default File Name

In a recent update the behavior for downloading a remote file changed. Previously the downloaded file would be (by default) have the same name as the remote file. Now a name has to always be entered in the ui before saving.

OS-Windows10, sshing into Linux x64 4.15.0-60-generic.

There are no immediate plans to fix this.

I'm using Visual Studio Code 1.51.1 and macOS 10.15.7.
When I try to download files from remote, the default filename is "Untitled".

I think 1.51.1 already included @alexr00's fix, right?

Update: I should have use insider version to see the fix, or just wait for another 2 weeks for the stable version.
