Vscode-remote-release: Failed to connect to the remote extension host server (Error: connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:45399)

• Local OS Version: 10.0.19041.630
• Remote OS Version: Ubuntu
• Remote Extension/Connection Type: WSL 2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Ubuntu (WSL 2)
2. Used "code ." command to open vscode

Does this issue occur when you try this locally?: Yes
Does this issue occur when you try this locally and all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Yes. This worked for me:::
Steps to reproduce just open an elevated CMD (Windows) and locate the

"C:\Users\.vscode\extensions/.vscode/extensions/ms-vscode-remote.remote-wsl-0.52.0/scripts/" /*The version may vary and the usrname */
and that's it reconnect the remote again and yaa it worked
