Vscode-material-icon-theme: Request: Add .cfignore (Cloud Foundry) icon

.cfignore is used to ignore certain files when pushing code to Cloud Foundry . (see this)
It's pretty common in IBM Cloud. Here's a Github search for it

Maybe it could be something like this:
