Vscode-jupyter: Jupyter notebook: Option to dock the variable window on the righthand side

In jupyter notebooks the window with the variables from the kernel is positioned above the notebook. It would be nice to have the option to dock the window on the right side.

We've been considering creating a 'Jupyter' panel on the left (where the debugger/file/extensions panels are). This would likely have stuff like

• TOC
• Variables
• Notebooks in a workspace

Any feedback on that idea?
