Bug: Notebook Editor, Interactive Window, Editor cells

Cannot launch new jupyter-notebook.

Steps to cause the bug to occur

1. Go to File menu. Click on New File.
2. Select Jupyter Notebook (Preview).
3. Error message pops up:

Cannot open resource with notebook editor type 'jupyter-notebook', please check if you have the right extension installed or enabled.

Actual behaviour

An empty jupyter-notebook does not open.

Expected behaviour

An empty jupyter-notebook gets opened.

Please could you oensure you ave using the latest Insiders version of VS Code.
The preview feature only works in Insiders version of VS Code.

The preview notebook editor is only supported in the Insiders version. Once we feel it is stable enough we'll add support for the stable version of VS Code.
