Note: All of the API is in the main branch of the Python repo. We shouldn't be taking anything from the wipDonNoDS (ideally not).

So this task should really be about merging the vscode-python main branch into WIP/NoDS right? And we're still developing against WIP/NoDS?

I think you can just move the API and then every file that it needs.
