Vscode-intelephense: PHP 7.4 support

Hey,

I've seen that the 1.3 milestone contains a lot of the PHP 7.4 features, but I haven't seen anything related to its release date.

Can you tell me when you plan on releasing it? Since PHP 7.4 was released today, I was disappointed there was no support in VS Code yet, unless I'm missing something.

^ Sure do, intelephense is still the best PHP extension for VSCode even without the 7.4 support.

If version 1.3 (which would support PHP 7.4) isn't stable yet, maybe consider releasing it as a beta for now?

You guys should buy a license, its really worth all the effort put into this and its a few bucks. We waste more on coffee and other crap. Thats how we can show our appreciation.
