Chrome: 62.0.3192.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Vimium: 1.59

I've been seeing similar issues even on web sites (presumably) without infinite scroll. The front page of HackerNews for example, after scrolling shows all of the link labels out of sync. This happens on various other web sites as well, including reddit. My version of Chrome is Version 62.0.3198.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
, but I've experienced similar issues on the Chrome dev channel for a few weeks now.

Same here. Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Linux.
@BurntSushi It looks like your browser is at a zoom level greater than 100%. I have found the same issue when zoom is active on Chrome 61. See also #2633, #2615.
