Vim: Ctrl-{ isn't binded to switch to normal mode

Ctrl-{ in vim is another keybinding to get you into normal mode but it doesn't appear to work right now.

  • VSCode Version: 1.3.0
  • VsCodeVim Version: 0.1.1
  • OS: Windows 10 Professional
