Vgstation13: Clownfy Guns Spell

I felt like clown wizs gimmicks could use more spells.
Basically a spell that turns people's gun into their rainbow crayon version, about upgrades:

• Un-upgraded: Clownfies gun on an individual temporarily (unless washed with bleach)
• 1 tier: Clownfies gun on an individual permanently (unless washed with bleach)
• 2 tier: Clownfies all guns (both dropped or being used) in visual range (I.E: Clown teleports into the armory and clownfies the entire arsenal)

On ideas to counter the spell, maybe have the chaplain spray/splash guns with holy water to make them un-clownable, ask medbay to mass produce bleach (hah no), ask the janitor for his bleach bottle or just use guns that can't be clownfied (regular laser guns or tasers)

If you are feeling a bit no-fun allowed, make it so that wizards which have this spell have all the (clownable) guns they grab turn into clown version of said guns, just to deter gunwiz playstyle. Or give them the clumsy gene.

I think the issue is you can take this with other, more awful spells to become virtually immortal.
And not funny at all.

As far as I know, clowning guns only changes the paintjob, it does not break them like CLUMSY

Oh wait, so clowning guns doesn't make them harmless?

Well, given this: I guess it could be made like it says on Tier 2 and if #25841 gets merged then it would be hilarious to see all sec walking around in clowned equipment.
