Add in hydrogen gas, and have a third pipe network for it. You have to pipe in a gas filter and react the both of them to make water. Would make an interesting sabotage too. That plasma fire now also slips you. Also I am sure the gas giant the gas miners are scooping from has hydrogen

And also it would be interesting for bomb making, it reacts with oxygen at a sufficient tempature like plasma, but instead of having a ridiculously high specific heat like plasma, it has a very low one. Meaning you could have just enough O2 mols to react, fill the rest with hydrogen on the cold side. Getting more boom out of your bombs.
