Description of issue

While using a motorized wheelchair, you can cause your sprite displace downwards indefinitely.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Do something and expect the fabric of reality to be stable
fabric of reality collapses and you noclip into the ground

Steps to reproduce

Sit in a motorized wheelchair.
Spray diagonally with a fire extinguisher.
There may be other ways to reproduce this that I don't know about.

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Supposedly, it's a known bug but i couldn't find an existing issue.

There was a pr that made you stop getting higher when stunned off wheelchairs, I think ever since that pr another bug got introduced that makes you get lower instead.

The next bugfix will make you go sideways
