Uppy: Stop recording on file size exceed

Hi,
Is there any way to stop video/audio from recording when predefine value is exceeded?

I like this too! I do think we should add this to our backlog and likely not implement before 1.0. Would everybody agree? (we _can_ accept PRs of course!)

Iiiinteresting. There is not right now, but it should definitely be possible given how the MediaRecorder API works.
