I think he is looking for the download link. I think there is currently no build version of the beta available (depicted in your second and third picture), so you either have to compile it yourself or find someone to do it for you...

I am genuinely interested where you got the first picture from, because this is not from the UCP...

It will be real. I take it then that its an idea, and Ritter in Rot believes that the UCP can one day achieve it.
To my knowledge it does not currently exist. If you do find it, let us know.
