I told people that some options in the patcher overwrite changes made in the aic or make them useless.
-Max recruit speed for everyone probably overwrites RecruitIntervalStrong
-Proper defences for ai lords overwrites changes made to the rat's defence and other ai lords
-Set target overwrites changes made to the target
and probably some more.
Would be great to mention that if that's the case.
might also be nice to have those options be turned off as soon as a custom aic is selected (with a short tooltip) and if the user wants to use the patcher settings he/she can enable it back again.
(Unrelated to this issue) I think it is awesome that you not only mention "he", but also "she" :)
Also overwritten is the AttMaxDefault as i pointed out in the add values issue. It is overwritten by increase attacking troops limit for the AIs in the AI Lords tab.

From what I saw in the Crusader code, that property is not even used in vanilla. At least not in the newest versions.
@Sh0wdown ah, good to know. It would have been neat to change that for each lord individually, but then i take it back and its fine as it is.
