If he is on 12.4.7 that means he can鈥檛 get 13 and above...

You can update to ios 13.5 for unc0ver compatibility, even A12. I was stuck on ios 12.2 for a while until Unc0ver v5 was released and I immediately updated to ios 13.5.

If hes on ios 12.4.7, he can easily update. Restoring rootfs or restoring your device completely would solve this issue. Unc0ver team has already stated ios 12.3+ (until ios 13) is unjailbreakable using unc0ver. Its stated many times in changelogs/tweets. Why would you not update?

If he get an update to 12.4.7 it means this device doesn鈥檛 support iOS 13. iOS 12.4.5 12.4.6 and 12.4.7 was made for abandoned idevices like iPhone 5s and iPad Air

Ahh that would make more sense. I was stuck on ios 12.2 for a long time time bc i would have to update and wait for a supported jailbreak(which kept happening but after a new ios was released, therefore cannot update) or just keep my version.
I thought that he thought he was in the same situation, would have been useful to list iphone device as well.
