Describe the bug
Hello guys, recently upgraded my XS Max to iOS 13.3, now I'm trying to jailbreak it but I'm stuck on the 1st step: Unable to exploit kernel (failed to leak ipc_kmsg)
After more than 100 tries unc0ver was able to create the snapshot rootFS then the device was rebooted and again I'm stuck at step one... Same error occurs even for Restore RootFS,
What do you think I should do?? Is it still safe to delete content and config from settings, then try to jailbreak and after that restore the backup after a succesful jailbreak??
To Reproduce
I鈥檝e tried literally everything I was suggested but I鈥檓 still getting the same error:
Rebooted like 100 times
Got in and out DFU mode like 50 times
Enabled Reinstall Openssh and Cydia cache
Reinstalled unc0ver app and tried lower versions as well
Disabled passcode and find my iPhone
turn off some unnecessary settings in the unc0ver app
turn on airplane mode and close all apps open
etc etc

Device (please complete the following information):
Place an "x" between the brackets if true:
Check if you have an update downloaded in Settings (if so, delete it). Reboot your device, open the unc0ver app and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute and try again. I know you mentioned you have already uninstalled unc0ver and reinstalled, but make sure you are doing this via Altstore as this is the recommended way to install unc0ver.
EDIT: Please specify your device instead of just saying A12 (e.g. iPhone XR)

I already did both things too..... My device is an XS Max
@elvergal how did you install unc0ver.

I used both altstore and a signing service------
Official latest v4.3.1 ipa with latest altstore? @elvergal

@Cryptiiiic Yeah I'm using the lastest 4.3.1 version... I just decided to restore my device using settings... And I was able to jailbreak at first attempt, but after restoring my backup I was getting the same error, somehow it managed to rejailbreak after many tries... So I guess the second my device reboots I will still have issues to rejailbreak again... Not sure if I have to restore rootFS right now while jaikbroken and restore my device again from settings... What do you think I should do??
First time after many years of jailbreaking that I'm having this kind of issues
@elvergal I would say use Succession to restore your devices firmware (or from settings again) and don't use your backup, seems like the best option at the moment. Succession would allow you to restore your device to your current firmware while replacing any broken files, etc.

Do you know if it'd be safe to restore from settings after doing restore rootFS with snapback?? I can't trust unc0ver right now because 2 days ago also returned the same "Can't exploit kernel" error when trying to restore rFS with it
Your using a 13.3 beta firmware
I have a strong feeling that鈥檚 the problem

Nope, I restored to 13.3 using futurestore..... the issue happens after restoring my backup to the iphone
@elvergal only after restoring from backup?
No response
I have a similar issue on iPhone XS (iOS 13.3), having been unable to jailbreak or restore RootFS after many attempts. I have tried following the steps listed above but to no avail. Any help?

I was able to jailbreak with the 4.0.3 u0 version because it uses the oobtimestamp exploit... For some reason the devs removed this exploit completely from ver 4.1.0 and above::
