I am running the above mentioned iOS on my iPhone 7. Wanted to know when would it be supported?
Also, should I upgrade to 12.4/13 or not?

Don't open issues asking about stuff like this. 12.3 will be supported if and when there's a public exploit for it. And the rule for jailbreaking is stay on the lowest version you can if you want to JB.
