Ublock: Ublock doesn't update Malware Domain List properly.

Describe the issue

I try to update list but it allways stuck at the Malware Domain List section it says "A network error prevented the resource being updated". I push again update button and then MDL updates normaly. Everything else works nice.

I did try update in linux mint 18.3 and it doesn't have any proplems. Firefox quantum 59.0.2 FIN, uBlock Origin 1.15.24.

And I did move in Windows and it did update list pretty flawlessly and i didn't have to press button twice.

perhaps something related to the bolded parts was causing my filterlists interferring and blocking the update urls requests

Probably same issue as the one reported at #3654 -- fixed in 1.15.22
