I have decided to select @pranavgoel29 design for the markdown. It looks clean & I will be making changes & then raise a PR.

Keeping the images width & height to 40-50px would be nice I think, otherwise the md will fill up very fast and users might have scroll whole day to get to the bottom. Just wanted to share my views regarding this.

@pranavgoel29 Do see your code because I'm unable to see your image & proful's even though they are there in the Team folder.
And the alignment in the other image is also not happening.

Also see that my name is breaking because it's bigger & coming in two lines instead.
@pranavgoel29 if there's a workaround to this please see otherwise we should create a separate image column instead.
