Twindle: Refactor Readme.md to have links in markdown format instead of html

Here is a sample snippet of the code in the readme file. HTML is valid for Markdown files, but there is a syntax in Markdown to achieve the same result. @michaelcosj is being assigned. Please figure that out and create a PR.
