I think the NPCs and Gobs of map 609 (DK start zone) needs add in spawn_group for Dynamic Scaling
@Treeston seems does not know if it should be so and @r00ty-tc does not appear xD

What are you trying to fix by doing it? "I just think" is not a reason.
The NPCs and Gobs of map 609 (quest targets with respawn time <30min) should works with Respawn.DynamicMode enabled?
@Treeston "i think" that Jildor said when there are many DK in that zone bugs appear like npcs that not appear because another DK kill/interact with it example Dayron Mograine.

When I made the change I used the usual base maps for EK/Kalimdor/Outland/Northrend. But DK zone is also base map 609 (I assume it's counted as a base map). So, probably a new commit for map 609 is needed so that if DK zone gets crowded it will also get the dynamic treatment.
