Tooling: VS 2015 freezes when editing frameworks section in project.json

Windows 10
Visual Studio Community 2015, Version 14.0.25425.01 Update 3
dotnet --version: 1.0.0-preview2-003121

Happens every time and I get a little popup saying that VS is busy. Need to kill the task and re-open again. Very annoying.
