Current implementation stops pomodoro automatically when the time is off. Could you add an option to stop it manually, e.g. via button in the notification. Also it would be great to have possibility to run break manually. Thanks a lot! Toggl is the best timer ever
This is a major problem for me as well. I love Toggle and I try to track all meaningful activities. However, only some of them need to be pomodoro-ed. For example, if I track a meeting at work, I don't want time tracking stop after 25 minutes. I want to stop it manually when the meeting is over. I completely agree with Ihor that there should be 1) notification when the pomodoro is finished (I often miss this event because I don't always have sound on my computer on or I listen to a music and don't notice the "ding!" of pomodoro), 2) option to stop pomodoro manually. Alternative solutions could be 1) a possibility to start tracking with or without a pomodoro (two Play buttons instead of one?), 2) a button on the main screen to turn on/off pomodoro functionality.
Overall, Toggle is a great tool but pomodoro functionality as it is right now a bit useless for me. Since most of the entries I track don't need to be pomodoro-ed, the current implementation allows for a bad user experience. I need to manually update each entry which surpassed pomodoro limit . . .
Manual pomodoro stop is must have! Will be really glad to see this feature.
